  • Our service requires a one-time initial payment for home warranty services.

  • JK Home Solutions does not process any future payments for home warranty coverage after the initial transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel your service before we transfer your details to Liberty Home Guard.

  • Once the transfer is completed, cancellation requests must be directed to Liberty Home Guard as they will manage your ongoing home warranty coverage.

  • JK Home Solutions is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications to your plan after the transfer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments: The one-time initial payment made to JK Home Solutions is non-refundable once the service transfer is initiated.

  • If you wish to request a refund, you must do so before the service transfer is processed by contacting us at info@jkhomesolutions.shop or calling (409) 916-8455.

  • Once your service is handed over to Liberty Home Guard, any refund requests must be addressed directly with them according to their policies.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of billing errors where an incorrect charge was made.

  • Requests for refunds due to fraud or unauthorized transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
